Q: Where are you located?
A. We are based in South Carolina, but some of our orders are fulfilled in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Q: Are you a movie production company or a retail store?
A: We are both. As a multi-media company, our top priority is producing movies, books, and series. But we also create merchandise and clothing themed around our content and brand, which are exclusively sold on our website.
Q: How does Maurice finance his movies without major studios?
A: I hustle, legally. I stack my savings, use business credit, sell merch, accept donations, and I also partner with sponsors and other businesses.
Q. Are you accepting submissions for new movies?
A: No, we do not accept unsolicited submissions for any visual content such as film, tv, or digital. However, we do accept inquiries for literary content, such as novels.
Q. How can I audition for one of your movies or series?
A: Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on our next projects. When we have auditions, we will send them to our tribe (subscribers) first.
Q. How can I be a sponsor for one of your movies or series?
A: We only partner with brands that are in alignment with our projects. Feel free to send your sponsor inquires to maurice@afrovisionsmedia.com.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: New orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number via email at the time of purchase. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive. We currently use USPS or UPS for shipping.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund. In this case, please email support@afrovisionsmeda.com with your order number, a description of your issue, and a picture of the item.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not accept exchanges.
