Afrovisions Media has attached Alan Adeleke, the director of short films Finding Me, Idawole, and True Colors, as director of our upcoming feature film, Differences.
Differences is a romance drama that centers around a pan-African ex-con who seeks to save his uncle’s shop from closing while beginning an unexpected romance with a world-famous singer. It was written by our founder, MoReese Madu, who named Adeleke as his first choice as director.
Adeleke recently worked as the second assistant cameraman on the upcoming TV Series, Hush, by Octet Productions. He’s also been the longtime second assistant cameraman for Megamind Media, working on several films such as: A Rich Christmas, Trophy Wife, The Couch, The Waiting Room, and The Hotline, which can all be seen on BET.
After several years of putting in work doing everything from production assistant to cameraman man, Adeleke is excited for the opportunity to direct his first feature film. And we are even more excited to have him on the team!
Stay tuned for more updates from Afrovisions Media.
